Foy Family

The Foy family is another important part of the family history I am uncovering through my research into Kellumtown and the families connected to this community.

Joseph Foy and Laura Hawkins are believed to be an important connection in my family line. My research is looking into their lives, their family, and their connection to Onslow County, including the Hawkins and Foy families who lived in this area.

Laura Hawkins is connected to Linkfield Hawkins and Martha Hawkins, and the family story leads to their daughter Laura and her marriage to Joseph Foy. Their descendants include Addie Foy, who is an important part of my own family history and a connection I am continuing to document.

There is still more to uncover about Joseph and Laura, including their land, family, and possible connection to the Kellumtown community. As I continue researching deeds, family records, photographs, newspaper articles, and other historical documents, I will add what I am able to verify.
