We’re launching a movement: Music Motivation & Mentoring, Inc. (M3) — where youth learn music production, video, graphic design, and how to use their voices to lead and heal through creativity.
I'm proud to serve as the Event Coordinator on the Board of Directors and help bring positive energy, mental health support, and real opportunity to our community.

Youth shoot and edit videos, create graphics, and learn branding
Mic Therapy
Mental health-focused sessions using lyric writing, journaling, and music as outlets
Label Builders
Students launch and manage their own "youth label" as a business project
💡 Why It Matters:
Our youth face challenges with depression, lack of access to creative outlets, and minimal exposure to career-building skills. This program helps them develop confidence, skills, and purpose through art and mentorship.
M3 Music Motivation & Mentoring
M3’s mission is to mentor young people by teaching them how to produce music, shoot videos, design graphics, and build confidence through expression. We believe music can be more than entertainment — it can be a tool for motivation, healing, and transformation. Our program will not only teach technical skills but also provide mental health support through creative outlets.
I would be honored to have your guidance, insight, and energy as we build this movement together. Serving on the board would involve:
- Supporting our mission and vision
- Providing input on key decisions and events
- Helping with outreach or resources as you’re able
- Attending quarterly board meetings (virtually or in-person)
